What SHOULD! your 100 Freestyle time be...?

This is a mathematical formula Dan Stenziano and I came up with to help determine shark times if you've never done a 100 before or to determine what your target 100 free time should be.

Let X= Your fastest 50 Free Flat Start Time
Let y= Your 100 Freestyle time when used in equation x+(x+5)

                  x+(x+5)=y

                  y+(y+1.5) > 100 Time
                        2

        also-
y+(y+1.5) + 5 = Shark Time
                         2
Example:

x = 26.90
                         26.90+(26.90+5) = y
                         26.90+31.9 = 58.8

                         58.8+(58.8+1.5) > 100 Time
                                    2
                                 119.1 > 100 Time
                                    2
                                 59.55 > 100 Time

                                 59.55 + 5 = 1:04.55  Shark Time
When you get your shark time always round down, even if its .99 because this is sharks!! You're SUPPOSED to work hard.
