            In 2008 Brett irwin became the first swimmer to become a Sectional Champion for Wayland-Cohocton ever and the first Sectional champion at Wayland School in 17 years.

            This year Brett Irwin is NOW GOING TO THE NEW YORK STATE HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP MEET in March for the 100 yard Butterfly, he is also intending to Defend his fly title by winning it agian at sectionals but also planes to take the 100 backstroke as well. He also is on the WCCS Varsity Swimming Record Board for 7 events! Soon to be 8 after Sectionals when we break the 400 FR record.
