Justin White is one of my best friends and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. That and his work effort and desire to succeed help him make our team better.
Justin is essentially my distance partner. He and I do the 200 and 500 free pretty much every meet. We both do pace work and are seeing amazing good results from it. He is one of the unsung heroes of our team. This year alone he has dropped over 2 minutes in the 500 Freestyle!! he went from an 8:35 at HFL to a 6:25 at Counties qualifying him for sectionals and completeing the first ALL-SECTIONAL team in Coach Hughes history. Congrats Whitey.
