10 Commandments of

WCCS Boys'

 Swimming 09-10

 1) No single swimmer is more important than the TEAM.

2) If you want to get better at ANYTHING, you have to work at EVERYTHING.

3) Nothing is more important that a STREAMLINE position.

4) Every practice is an important piece of a COMPLICATED PUZZLE.

5) If you feel COMFORTABLE, your not focusing or working hard enough.

6) You will go nowhere without HIDDEN TRAINING.

7) There is no such thing as a PART-TIME COMMITMENT.

8) Everyone want to QUIT at some point. Life's tough, get a helmet!

9) If you are not a BETTER swimmer at the end of each practice, you wasted time.

10)Being a part of or program means you are held to a HIGHER STANDARD.
